1:1 Creative Coaching

As an INFJ* (the rarest personality type) and a HSP (highly sensitive person), I am not a typical coach.

 

If you’re looking for a coach who’s pushy, self-assured and forthright, that’s not me.

 

But if you’re looking for someone to help you set and achieve goals, restore some balance and gently guide you into the next chapter of your life feeling like yourself, I can do that.

 

I work with a very small number of clients at any one time, so you can be sure to get my full attention, and that I’ll be thinking of ideas for you as I lie awake in the middle of the night pondering the meaning of life.

 

I hold certificates in Life Coaching and Therapeutic Art, but I see these as complementary to my own intuitive way of working which is based on my life experience, varied careers, personal challenges and my values of honesty, integrity and kindness.

My Approach

Gentle, calm and quietly confident.

  • I prefer deep conversations to small talk, so we won't be wasting time talking about the weather or what's in the news – we’ll be diving straight into the good stuff.

  • I’m a daydreamer, an idealist and I act almost entirely from the heart, but once a decision is made, I move fast.

  • I won't pressure you to make a decision or take action before you're ready,

    but I will tell you if I think you are just procrastinating.

  • I am full of good advice, having read every book there is on self-care, but I don't always apply it to myself and still burnout, so I am also a realist.

  • My superhero skills are organisation and time planning. I can help you to create structure and balance, put in place a system and get your life running to precision timing. 

  • I believe in the Law of Attraction.

    I believe we can escape our own stories.

The Process

We'll have an initial chat, where you can ask questions, check that we have a connection and agree on the details.

 

You can book sessions in a block of 3 (£180) or 6 (£360).

 

We will then work together using a combination of Zoom and email coaching.

 

I use the three pillars of The Creative Map - Creativity, Self-care and Connection as a framework for our work, but the agenda and overall goal is for you to set.

 

I will then tailor a package for you that uses coaching techniques, therapeutic art and creative activities.

 

As our time together comes to an end, we will arrange a follow up call to review process.
